Terms of Service

These Terms describe the agreement between you and Aroma Health Center Inc., doing business as Aroma Massage & Spa ("we," "us," or "our"), when you book or receive services at our studio at 3500 E Colorado Blvd, Suite 102, Pasadena, CA 91107. By booking an appointment or receiving a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide professional, licensed therapeutic massage and bodywork for relaxation and wellness. Our services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Any request for or suggestion of inappropriate or illicit conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and may be reported to law enforcement.

Health & suitability

Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or other concerns before your session so we can adapt your treatment or, where appropriate, decline it for your safety. Consult your physician about any condition before booking. You are responsible for giving us accurate health information.

Appointments & arrival

Appointments can be booked online through our booking provider or by phone. Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session, so the next guest is not delayed, at the full session price.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

Pricing & payment

Current services, session lengths, and prices are shown on our booking page, which is the source of truth for pricing. Payment is due at the time of service. Any gift certificates or promotions are subject to their stated terms.

Conduct & right to refuse service

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment for our clients and staff. We may decline or end a service for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any conduct that threatens the comfort or safety of our team or other guests.

Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

You voluntarily choose to receive our services and accept the ordinary risks associated with massage. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Aroma Health Center Inc. and its staff are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and images on this website are the property of Aroma Health Center Inc. unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to our services will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
